Maximize Battery Efficiency with Automated Low Power Mode

While iPhone’s Low Power Mode offers a solution to preserve battery life seamlessly, the recurring task of manually activating it poses an ongoing challenge. With the power of automation, you can streamline this process and ensure device conserves energy when you need it most. Leveraging the capabilities of the iPhone’s Shortcuts app, you can automate Low Power Mode activation based on predefined battery thresholds.

Here are the steps to set it up:

  1. Launch the Shortcuts app and navigate to the Automation tab.
  2. Tap the “+” icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Search for “battery level” and select it from the options.
  4. Adjust the battery percentage slider to specify when you want Low Power Mode to activate automatically. (For instance, if you choose 25%)
  5. Choose the “Run Immediately” option and proceed by tapping “Next”.
  6. Search for “Set Low Power Mode” on the following page and ensure it’s toggled on.
  7. Finally, tap “Done” to save your automation.

Following this setup, your iPhone will automatically enable Low Power Mode when the battery level reaches 25%.
